Returns

We want you to love your ZITZY purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

• Tags and original packaging must be included

• Items must not show signs of wear, washing, or damage

Certain items such as final sale products, gift cards, or customized items may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
